Terms of Service & Master Contract

By accessing the Jcurve Technology platform, commissioning software engineering services, or executing a Statement of Work (SOW), client organizations agree to comply with these Master Terms of Service.

Jcurve Technology delivers full-stack web platforms, mobile applications, AI algorithms, and cloud DevOps systems following our 6-Phase Agency Vetting & Strategy Roadmap.

Software project payments are structured according to agreed milestone billing schedules outlined in project SOWs with itemized engineering hours and cloud setup fees.

Upon receipt of full contract payment, Jcurve Technology assigns 100% complete, unencumbered intellectual property rights and source code ownership to the client.

For retainer and maintenance clients, Jcurve guarantees a 2-Hour Response Time SLA for critical P1 production incidents.

Authorized employees utilizing the internal portal must maintain strict account security. Attendance records and monthly salary disbursement calculations are binding for HR payroll.

Both parties agree to treat all business plans, customer lists, software source code, and security keys as strictly confidential trade secrets for a period of 5 years.

Jcurve Technology's total aggregate liability under any contract shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the applicable Statement of Work during the preceding 6 months.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. Jcurve provides full repository handover and smooth cloud credential transfer.
